The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Activities Coordinator to join an established and ethical leading Care Home. You will be responsible for organising, person centered, meaningful and stimulating activities for the elderly and people living with Dementia. You will do this by meeting the individual needs of all residents and foster the company's ethos and promote independence within the Home. Working closely with the Home Manager you will ensure that plans are personalised and regularly reviewed to meet the needs of all the residents.

The Person:
You might have experience of being an Activities Coordinator with an elderly setting. You will be enthusiastic and experienced in activity planning, with excellent organisation skills, people skills and communication skills.
