Following our relocation to our new Nottingham Office, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant Support Officer to join our growing team, focusing on recruitment for teaching professionals in primary education.

We offer a hybrid working model with 3 days in our brand-new, modern Nottingham city centre office, offering an exciting, collaborative environment where you can thrive, and 2 days working from home. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, supportive team with over 20 years of experience in education recruitment. What you'll be doing:

  • Sourcing and recruiting new candidates for schools using job boards and social media
  • Engaging with candidates over the phone and managing queries from existing candidates
  • Offering fresh and innovative ideas to contribute to team success
  • Creating marketing materials to send to clients and candidates
  • Ensuring candidates are cleared and ready to work

Key details:

  • Flexible shift working hours between 7:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Starting salary from £22k, depending on experience
  • Generous holiday allowance
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
