HR Business Partner £50,000Nottingham - UK Travel with 2 days remote working12 month FTC Do you love working in a blended strategic and operational Business Partner role?
I am supporting my client to find a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC basis. You will be joining a highly acquisitive and commercial business that have experienced large growth over the few years and have no plans to slow down. They are PE backed and the investors are super ambitious, driving growth and change across all aspects of the business.
Already, the organisation have an awesome HR team in place, with specialists in Recruitment, L&D and Payroll. This role will take the ownership for BAU operational support, including ER, for a particular region within the business. They are a very people centric culture and will support where possible and always try to learn and evolve their own practices and processes to support the needs of the employees. So, what am I looking for?
- Ample experience supporting a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Line management experience
- Impeccable employee legislation knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases
- Experience partnering Director level stakeholders
- Experience partnering a remote/multi-site workforce
- A commercially minded HRBP that is looking for a balance between strategic and operational responsibilities
- Experience working on Organisational Development projects that change the business operating model
- Experience working in a high growth environment
