Salary:£28,000 to £32,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:

  • Manage and oversee administration workflows to ensure efficient processes.

  • Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (essential).

  • Provide excellent customer service by confidently liaising with a wide variety of clients and providers.

  • Work closely with the team to develop tailored client proposals.

  • Conduct general administrative tasks and compliance checks for both new and existing business.

  • Administer database maintenance and consolidation.

  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.

  • Process rebalancing, fund switches, contributions, withdrawals, and Letters of Authority (LOAs).

  • Create model portfolios on various platforms.

Key Qualities and Skills Required for this IFAAdministrator Role:

  • Minimum of 2years IFA administration experience.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Proven customer service experience with the ability to communicate confidently.

  • Experience with Intelligent Office isessential.

  • Familiarity with key platforms such as abrdn Wrap, Quilter, Royal London, AJ Bell, Scottish Widows, and FE.

  • Experience or awareness of VCTs, Group Pensions, GIP, and DIS.
