We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in our Nottingham office. The role involves business development (both on the phone and at client sites) to existing and prospective clients, recruiting suitable candidates, making placements and building your own business within our business.

Duties of a Recruitment Consultant include:

  • Business Development
  • Account management
  • Advertising jobs
  • Registering & shortlisting candidates
  • Interviewing
  • Negotiating deals
  • Visiting and entertaining clients

NO RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY- Don’t worry, if you really want it and have the right attitude our expert managers will train you up from scratch and give you everything you need to be a massive success in the industry!
