Are you an experienced sales professional looking for your next career challenge? We're seeking Recruitment Consultants to join our thriving Trade and Labour teams.
The teams we're hiring for specialise in the supply of temporary trade and labour on construction and housing projects nationwide. With a team of experienced people around you, we're looking to grow our existing business and have some warm leads and clients ready for somebody to come in and make it their own.
Linsco are an independently owned recruitment agency with over 46 years' experience specialising in the construction industry. We are now situated a 2-minute walk from Nottingham Train station in our new modern offices.
What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
- Develop clients and arrange face-to-face meetings
- Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to achieve shared goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
- Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new business
We are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (does not need to be industry specific)
- Natural leaders with high standards
- Confident and natural communicators
- The determination to be successful
What we offer:
- Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary ranging from £24,000 to £28,000 at the Consultant level plus commission
- Our commission structure is uncapped and paid out from Day 1; there is no waiting while in probation
