As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a highly profitable recruitment desk and lead by example, mentoring and coaching junior consultants while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Actively participate in hiring decisions
• Innovate and contribute to strategic discussions to help shape the future direction of the company.

• Has proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant(any sector) with a track record of a managing a busy desk.
