What will the role involve?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and attract top talent through various channels
  • Generate leads and proactively develop new client opportunities
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement
  • Write engaging job adverts and implement creative candidate attraction strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company database
