In this exciting role, you'll spend 75% of your time focusing on recruiting the best engineering talent in the industry and the remaining 25% supporting our wider operational teams. What You'll Do As Our Recruitment Specialist?

  • Lead recruitment efforts for engineering positions (75% of the role), this will include field based as well as workshop based engineering positions nationwide.
  • Recruit for operational roles (25%), these could include parts, service and rental positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job adverts to on-boarding successful candidates.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote Aprolis UK as an employer of choice.
  • Stay on top of recruitment trends to ensure we're reaching the best talent available.

  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition expert, with a focus on engineering or technical roles.
