Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and win new business in the B2B sector, using your sales expertise to bring in recruitment opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, acting as their go-to recruitment partner.
Collaborate closely with our in-house resourcing team to ensure roles you bring on are filled with high-quality candidates.
Develop sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Stay on top of industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities for business development.

B2B sales experience: Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of winning new business and building strong client relationships.
Ambition: A drive to succeed and a passion for hitting targets.
