Undertake programmes of work to ensure the housing stock we manage and maintain is supporting our objectives to reduce our carbon footprint, to ensure our buildings are efficient and to support tenants to keep energy bills low.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a surveyor, ideally within a social housing context, will have experience of JCT, PPC and other forms of contract and will have a HNC qualification, or equivalent / above, in a relevant subject area. We are looking for individuals who are output focussed, can plan and prioritise their own workload, can work effectively with colleagues and partners and who share our values.

As part of the role, you will plan and deliver building surveying and tenant liaison services ensuring that value for money is delivered through all projects and that resources are effectively targeted. This will include, but not be limited to, undertaking general property surveys, developing project briefs, preparing specifications and drawings, and effectively managing relevant contracts.
