JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Representative

SALARY: £26,000 - £30,000 + £6,000 OTE

LOCATION: Nottingham

SETTING: Office based with two days a week working from home

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative to support a Client Manager/ Director in providing a seamless and professional service to our customers. You will have many day-to-day responsibilities including quoting, CRM and order management as well as be the first point of contact for our customers with enquiries.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire

JOB SPECIFICATION: Internal Sales Representative

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Responding to customer needs and requirements

· Quoting and pipeline management

· Order and backorder management with customer inventory control

· CRM management to maintain accurate records of customer contact

· Managing inbound customer enquiries

REQUIREMENTS: Internal Sales Representative

We are looking for someone with sales experience or from a sales administration background. Familiarity with sales support functions and experience with solving customer issues is essential.

Some knowledge of IT hardware and services would be an advantage.
