New Business Development Manager

Ourare on the lookout for an ambitious New Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on generating impactful results for one of our clients in Nottinghamshire who are a software specialist. This role is pivotal in advancing our strategic initiatives, engaging with potential clients, nurturing valuable relationships, and successfully securing new contracts to boost our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through a range of methods, including networking events, cold calls, and social media outreach, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Craft and present compelling presentations of our solutions to potential customers and lead strategic meetings to understand and address their specific needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and finalise deals, aiming to not just meet but surpass sales expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes, market news, and competitor moves to adapt our sales strategies and maintain our competitive stance.
