Salary: Up to £100,000 (DOE)

Are you a seasoned Programme Manager with a passion for driving innovation and leading dynamic teams?

We are working with a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS provider in Nottingham, on the brink of exciting growth after securing contracts with several multi-national clients. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Programme Manager with multiple years' experience within the Irish Utilities Market to oversee and manage a broad portfolio of industry first and market leading projects.

Role Overview:

As a client-facing Programme Manager, you will act as the face of my client's business whilst playing a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from concept through to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define programme's strategic vision and objectives.
  • Design and develop roadmap for programme goals, including arrangements and structures.
  • Coordinate risk, resource and financial plans.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans - communications and collaboration.
  • Define and develop outcomes and benefit realisations strategies.
  • Spearhead and champion transparency and collaboration within the programme.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within the Irish Utilities Market. (Bord Gáis, Electric Ireland, Energia, etc)
  • 5+ years of experience of Programme Management experience, ideally within client facing environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing entire end-to-end delivery, from initial concept through to implementation and handover.
  • Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing project budgets and reporting into SLT to ensure financials are accounted for and managed.
  • Strong risk and issue management experience.

Desirable:

  • Background in both public and private sector businesses.
  • Degree level education.
  • Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
