About the Role:
This role is perfect for either an established Assistant Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress seeking a clear path to management. You will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the restaurant, supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading the front-of-house team. You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable service, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 AA Rosette or equivalent luxury fine dining experience is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a fine dining environment.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering a world-class dining experience.
- For Head Waiter/Waitress applicants: A demonstrable desire and aptitude for management.
