Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Location: Nottingham

Contract: Maternity cover - 9-12 months

My client is looking for a Transport Coordinator to ensure smooth and compliant transport activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and log Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and ensure timely payments.
Handle appeals for PCNs and manage related reporting.
Administer and manage speeding tickets and other transport-related documentation.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive driver information with confidentiality.
Utilize Excel and pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
