Matthew James Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our client in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning.
Working Hours: 9am until 5.30pm
Duties:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track client interactions, sales opportunities, and account information- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges- Lead regular meetings with clients to review account performance and discuss strategies for growth- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients- Provide leadership and guidance to junior account management staff
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software- Proven track record in sales and achieving targets- Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members
