The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new business sales. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong background in B2B telecom sales. If you have experience selling CCaaS solutions, VoIP, cloud telephone systems, and broadband services to businesses, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and engage prospects to sell Arc Communications telecom solutions.
  • Work with provided leads while also generating your own opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their communication needs.
  • Present and sell CCaaS, VoIP, cloud telephony, and broadband solutions to businesses.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in telecoms.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B telecom sales.
  • Experience selling CCaaS, VoIP, and cloud-based telephone solutions.
  • Knowledge of fibre broadband and connectivity solutions (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or in-office while consistently meeting sales targets.
