Role Purpose:

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales, achieve set KPIs, and foster strong relationships while maintaining our clients brand reputation. Youll act as the key ambassador for their products, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and service KPIs.
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email and phone.

  • Work closely with the Channel Team to ensure smooth customer transitions.
