Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Coordinator to join their expanding team.
As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls from customers, suppliers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment. You will also be required to organise and facilitate exceptional customer service for clients, allocate jobs to engineers, and raise invoices.
What will the role involve?
- You will use the management system to create jobs, allocate engineers, and liaise with operational teams.
- You will be responsible for raising invoices and issuing all necessary paperwork to customers.
- You will manage key accounts, maintaining all paperwork and communication between the client and the account.
- You will be expected to communicate closely with both clients and the management team.
- You will build customer relationships to fully understand their needs.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in Key Accounts is preferrable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and great at timekeeping
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team player
