The SF Recruitment is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic company based in Nottingham client on a temporary basis. As the Accounts Assistant within our clients Finance Department you will be working within a motivated and friendly team. Your tasks will include the below.
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Respond to customer queries as and when required (telephone and email).
- Take / process customer card payments through SagePay.
- Creation of invoices & credit notes.
- Produce monthly & Ad hoc reports / management information for customers.
- Assist with month end procedures throughout the accounts department ensuring
- deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist with implementing new projects, processes and procedures as required.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and policies relating to health & safety, quality management, the environment and ensure the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility for.
- Provide additional support and assistance within other areas of the accounts department as required.
This opportunity would be most suited to a candidate who has experience working in a busy, fast paced accounts department within a great organisation. Essential skills include Strong MS Excel and SAGE 50 experience, excellent attention to detail, proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, strong communication skills.
