Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit ControllerLocation: NottinghamSalary: £25,000Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
We have an exciting position for a Sales Ledger Clerk / Credit Controller to join a thriving business in a busy Accounts role. Please note this position is full time on site based at their Head Office in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening new credit accounts
- Posting sales invoices to the ledger
- Checking prices and stock notes
- Raising and posting credit notes & journals
- Processing payments received
- Chasing payments by phone and email, managing the inbox
- Any other ad-hoc duties in house i.e. daily post
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Sales Ledger / Credit Controller role (1 year+)
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Keen attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
