About Us:

Hays is in partnership with a coeducational secondary school who are looking for a dedicated Male PE Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and a commitment to promoting health and fitness amongst students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons for students of all ages.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum that meets national standards.
  • Encourage students to participate in physical activities and develop their skills.
  • Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
  • Monitor and support the overall well-being and development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • QTS/PGCE certificate
  • Previous experience teaching PE at secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
