Start date: SeptemberSubject: Science at KS3 & KS4Timetable: Full Time

We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' secondary school in Nottingham who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to start in September. To be successful, you will be a Science Teacher with recent experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cover the curriculum. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the department and participate in extracurricular activities.

Job Description

  • Delivering engaging and creative Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
  • Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.
  • Participating in extracurricular activities such as sports clubs and school trips.

Person Specification

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
