What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within your subject area that inspire and motivate students.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring progress for all abilities across KS3 and KS4.
- Take a lead role in parent/carer evenings, building strong relationships to support student development.
- Assess and track student progress against the KS3 and KS4 framework, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the SENCO to ensure students with EHCPs are fully supported in their learning journey.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - (ECTs are welcome to apply
- Has the confidence and ability to teach their subject specialism across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
