What You'll Be Doing:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons within your subject area that inspire and motivate students.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring progress for all abilities across KS3 and KS4.
  • Take a lead role in parent/carer evenings, building strong relationships to support student development.
  • Assess and track student progress against the KS3 and KS4 framework, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO to ensure students with EHCPs are fully supported in their learning journey.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - (ECTs are welcome to apply
  • Has the confidence and ability to teach their subject specialism across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
