Are you a qualified Secondary School teacher?

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a secondary school in Nottingham, NG11, who are looking to appoint two teachers to join the setting from January 2025, to cover maternity leave for the rest of the academic year.

Vacancies:

  • English Teacher (Maternity Cover - January 2025 - June 2025)
  • Science Teacher (Maternity Cover - January 2025 - July 2025)

The school is looking to interview candidates ASAP, with a start date of January 2025.

The main duties within the role will be:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism
  • Differentiating planning to meet a range of needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Assessing students work against the KS3 and KS4 framework
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Support curriculum development and contribute ideas to the team

The school are looking for someone who:

  • Holds qualified teacher status (ECTs Welcome)
  • Is confident teaching their subject specialism across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Has classroom control and behaviour management strategies
  • Is an dedicated member of their department and will work cohesively with the group
