Pay: £100 - £120 per day (dependent on experience)
Class Mate is working with a vibrant primary school in NG5 seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to support teaching and learning across the school, making a real difference to pupils' progress.
The Role:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups, covering teacher absence where required.
- Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to boost attainment.
- Assist in planning and preparing learning activities.
- Support children with SEND and additional needs where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to enhance pupil learning and engagement.
- Help assess pupil progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- HLTA qualification or extensive experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience working across different year groups in a primary school setting.
- Confidence in delivering lessons and supporting whole-class teaching.
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
