We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our client in an Operations Support role, with a clear pathway to progress into an Operations Supervisor position. This role involves assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily functions of key operational departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Shipping and Purchasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operations across various departments (Sales, Customer Service, Shipping, Purchasing).
  • Product Setup: Aid in setting up new products in systems and platforms.
  • Website Management: Support the maintenance and updates of the company's website.
  • System Updates & Communication: Ensure internal systems are up-to-date and collaborate with other departments or factories to gather and communicate relevant information.
  • Stock Management.
  • Send signed Purchase Orders (POs) to factories and request Proforma Invoices (PIs).
  • Prepare clearance and returns auction lists.
  • Assist with sales order input and delivery schedules as needed.
  • Handle customer and agent inquiries via phone and email.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and proactively seek solutions, particularly in the areas of sales order input, stock management, and event assistance.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
