Day-to-day of the role:- Operate various industrial sewing machines to meet production requirements.
- Cut fabrics and match patterns accurately, ensuring high standards of quality.
- Adapt to a bespoke and varied workload, maintaining attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects according to client specifications.
- Must have own transport due to the rural location of the workplace.
- Experience in upholstery fabric cutting; 2 years preferred.
- A keen interest in sewing, design, crafting, or dressmaking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Casual dress code.
