Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking for the next step in your career journey?
Church Farm Care are looking for you to join our Nursing Home in West Bridgford Nottingham to work with the Home Manager to help run our specialist dementia care home.
You will either be an experienced Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Team Leader with a level 5 diploma in leadership and management, have experience working in a residential or nursing home environment and have a positive and fun attitude. It would be advantageous to also be a Registered Nurse, however, this would not be essential.
About the role
- Full time role (working pattern can be discussed at interview)
- Requirement to assist with being on-call
- Permanent role
- Hourly rate £21-23 per hour
Job role
- To oversee and maintain a high quality of care of the people who live at Church Farm.
- In the absence of the Home Manager, to take responsibility for the day to day running of the home, and ensure that all Company policies and procedures and all legal requirements are adhered to within the defined timescales.
- To provide professional advice and support to other team members on all aspects of the care provision.
- To be responsible and accountable for the management of the dementia care approach and will ensure the timely provision of care ensuring the supervision, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
