Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an Deputy Manager for a popular retailer in Nottingham. This brand offers customers an energised level of service and top quality product, who have a loyal following that is continuing to grow!

This is a great role for an existing DeputyManager or an ambitious experienced Supervisor who is a strong leader, wants to work with autonomy and has ideas to drive their business forward. This role is diverse, challenging, rewarding and hugely enjoyable; this really is a role that lets you use your retail or hospitality skills and experience.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Setting the scene with interactive customer service
  • Motivating your team to achieve targets, build relationships and show pride in their role
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and role model in positive behaviours and clear communication
  • Managing your business to include monthly planning, kpi achievement, sales generation, budgets and cost control
  • Generating new customers through word-of-mouth, local marketing, events and product demonstration
  • Working closely with head office and the Area Manager to drive business expectations
  • Managing your people to include setting objectives, coaching, personal development plans and appraisals
  • Taking ownership over commercial awareness, analysing reports and visual merchandising
