Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our primary schools in Wollaton. Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
* Assist in delivering engaging lessons, supporting individuals or small groups.
* Provide one-on-one support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN (Special Educational Needs).
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to the emotional and social well-being of students.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support where necessary.
* Support pupils with their personal, social, and educational development, both in and outside of the classroom.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (experience in an educational setting is desirable).
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to dealing with young children.
* The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.
* Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and staff alike.
* A flexible and proactive attitude.
Desirable:
* Experience with supporting children with SEN.
* A relevant qualification in child development or teaching support.
