Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Ofsted Registration:Ensure compliance and high standards.
  • Develop Care Plans:Focus on safety, well-being, and growth.
  • Build Your Team:Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated care team.
  • Manage Operations:Oversee budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • Collaborate Externally:Work with local authorities and agencies.

  • Experience: 1+ years with children with learning disabilities.
  • Focus: Personalised support for independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
  • Experience:1+ years as Deputy/Registered Manager in childrens residential care (last 5 years).
  • Experience:worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • Diploma:Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or in progress).
  • Skills:Strong Ofsted knowledge, leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
