The right candidate will have experience managing Residential care homes and have an exceptional track record of providing care for elderly residents.You will be joining a fantastic company with a strong supportive team in place.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managed and develop high quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding the staff team
  • Instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
  • Working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
  • Ensure the promotion of high standards of care and follow diligently CQC guidelines
  • Ensure staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

Skills and experience:

  • Experience managing a Nursing or Residential Care home
  • Proven experience in residential home management and elderly care
  • In-depth knowledge of care home management and CQC compliance
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
