Nottinghamshire County Council is hiring a Social Worker for the Broxtowe Ageing Well Team in Beeston.
The role involves working with older adults, maintaining a complex caseload, and performing safeguarding duties.
Candidates must be qualified Social Workers with full registration from Social Work England and significant post-qualified experience in adult social care.
Specialist experience in safeguarding adults and complex case work is preferred for this position.

Details of the role:

Working with older adults
To work from the office 2 days per week and attend face to face team meetings
Safeguarding adults
Maintain a complex caseload and be responsible for the assessment, support planning and review of complex individual needs and undertake safeguarding work in the role of Safeguarding Officer.
Experience of Sec21a work, Sec117 MH Discharges

Requirements of the role:

Qualified Social Worker
Fully Social Work England registered
Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
Ideal candidate will have specialist experience of safeguarding adults as well as complex case work
