Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Working with Part VII Housing Act 1996
Professionally make S184 Decisions
Candidate will oversee the whole Homeless process from first point of contact until the very end and placing them in suitable accommodation
Assess homeless housing applications
Work and understand the perimeters of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017
Support service users with making housing and benefit applications.
Give service users general advice on housing and any other benefits they are entitled too
Person will be responsible for homeless prevention and relief.

The successful candidate will have:

Full UK Drivers License
DBS
Minimum of a 1 year experience
Made s184 decisions
