HOUSING OFFICER – HOUSING PATCH MANAGER TEMP
- Salary: £33,945 - £36,648 per annum
- Location: Nottingham
- Job Type: Full-time, Contract (3 months with possible extension)
- Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 8:39 am - 4:50 pm
We are looking for a proactive and community-focused Housing Patch Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in housing and a passion for maintaining high community standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Aspley/Bilborough patch, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting estate inspections and reporting any issues such as graffiti within the patch.
- Performing home visits for new tenancy visits, tenancy reviews, introductions, and general enquiries.
- Participating in ward walks and managing phone duties.
- Collaborating with various teams to maintain the quality of the housing patch.
- Engaging with residents to address their concerns and improve their living experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the housing sector is essential.
- Capable of working independently with some lone working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with housing management systems is beneficial, though full training will be provided.
- Excellent command of English and grammar.
- Public sector experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to access the patch location without the need for a driving license.
