- Work in partnerships with agencies

- Take appropriate and prompt action to resolve Anti-Social behaviour
- Provide housing advice for new customers and existing customers
- Provide comprehensive housing and estate management service
- Support customers with change in tenancy
- From a supported housing background or previous experience with high level ASB
- Good communication and leadership skills. Be able to show compassion and support to the venerable
- Be able to work within a team and on own
- Knowledge of the MRI system used
- DBS required
