Housing Project Officer

Location: Nottingham, but will involve travel (own car is essential)

Salary: 23.00 - 25.00 per hour + paid expenses

Duration: Temporary

Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Nottinghamshire social housing provider with their recruitment of a Housing Project Officer.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Housing Officer capacity and be used to meeting tenants in their homes.

The role will involve extensive travel around the UK and all travel and hotel expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do in the role?

• Visiting properties to gather information from tenants and complete application forms.
• Collect supporting evidence from tenants, i.e. proof of ID, bank statements, benefits letters etc.
• Travel across the UK

Who would excel in this role?

• A self-starter, positive attitude, can-do attitude, as well as being able to work under pressure
• Extremely organised, as will be collecting lots of information and ensure saved appropriately, so attention to detail would also be key.
