The Role:

Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment
