Qualified Adults Social Worker | Duty Team | Nottingham

• Qualified Adults Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Duty team
• Hybrid working
• Office base: Nottingham
• You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered
• Pay rate 32ph

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

One full time (37h/week) Social Worker required, must have completed ASYE.

The Adult Duty Team is a busy service comprising Social Workers and Community Care Officers. The team works with a diverse range of citizens and carers to provide holistic strength-based assessments and reviews to maximise independence and reach outcomes, identifying appropriate services to meet needs and commissioning support where required.

The team works with citizens in a variety of different situations, including where a crisis response is required, and works with multiple agencies to provide risk assessed responses that take account of individual needs and outcomes, with consideration of mental capacity matters throughout.

Work with citizens is carried out face to face or by telephone.
