Health and Social Care Teacher – Nottingham

Progress Teachers are working with a local Secondary School to appoint a passionate and skilled Health and Social Care Teacher. This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to KS4/KS5 students, fostering a love for the subject while helping them develop critical skills and understanding in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Assess and record student outcomes regularly.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: QTS or equivalent; Health and Social Care background is advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven teaching experience is valued, but strong ECTs are welcome.
  • Skills: Effective communication and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and two satisfactory references.
