We are seeking a dedicated SEN & PRU Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with Key Stage 3-4 students to help them stay engaged in their education and achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support to Key Stage 3-4 students within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) settingAssist with tailored learning activities to keep students engaged and motivatedImplement and monitor individualized learning and behavioral plansBuild positive relationships with students, promoting social and emotional developmentWork closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a supportive learning environmentRequirements:Previous experience in a PRU or similar SEN environment preferredAbility to adapt to different learning needs and behaviors effectivelyFull UK driving license and access to your own car (essential for consideration)Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience in challenging situationsFlexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people in need of additional support.
