About the Role:
This rewarding position focuses on providing 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with additional needs. You'll play a vital role in ensuring their academic and emotional development, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to create a tailored learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer dedicated 1:1 support, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Assist the pupil with accessing classroom activities and meeting learning objectives.
- Provide personal care and promote independence as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENDCOs, and parents to implement and adapt strategies for success.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback on the pupil's development.
