Are you a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant? We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our team in Nottingham, supporting children with Autism and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with autism and ADHD.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Support students with their academic and social development.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Work closely with other teaching assistants and staff to ensure the needs of each child are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Proven experience supporting children with autism and ADHD.
- Strong understanding of SEN and a compassionate approach to working with children.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both with students and colleagues.
- A positive, patient, and resilient attitude.
