Progress Teachers are currently seeking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to work in a fantastic school in the Nottingham area.
The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate about SEND / SEMH and supporting children with additional needs and being fully able to adapt themselves to meet each individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.
We focus on long-term and permanent employment, meaning that you return to the SAME school every day, therefore offering consistency not only to staff, but for the students also, with often this resulting in you transferring across onto schools contract.
We have roles commencing immediately, or we can work around your availability.
Requirements:
The ability to create a happy, challenging, and effective learning environment.
Helpful, positive, calm, and caring nature.
Excellent speaking and listening skills.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
