- Implement behaviour management strategies that promote positive learning outcomes
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting lesson plans accordingly
- Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in an SEN setting
- Strong understanding of differentiated learning techniques
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching
