Aspire People are looking for a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join a dedicated team, working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a full-time basis. This role comes with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and delivering tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students.

About the Role:
As an SEND Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs.
Take full responsibility for marking, assessment, and monitoring student progress.
Develop creative and supportive learning strategies to help students reach their full potential.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to create individualised learning plans.
Requirements:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working with SEN students in a classroom setting.
Ability to work full-time, taking on all planning, marking, and assessment responsibilities.
Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
A patient, empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
