Your new companyHays Education are working with a special school in Nottinghamshire who are looking to grow their dedicated and passionate team of specialist TA's and Learning Support Assistants. The school provides support to students between 3-18 with complex needs, and with new purpose-built facilities, the school is passionate about providing a tailored curriculum for each individual and their unique potential.Your new roleThe school are looking for a number of additional passionate and enthusiastic teachers to join their dedicated team of staff across the school. They are keen to receive applications from teachers across the board with a variety of experience within SEND and mainstream from EYFS through to KS5. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be placed within the areas you are most comfortable in. The role will initially begin on a temporary basis, however for the right candidates, also has the potential to turn into a permanent position. Part-time and full-time applicants are welcome. What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Qualified Teacher with experience working with SEND children and young people who have EHCP's either in a mainstream or specialist environment. You will have a positive behaviour approach, and be able to use a variety of effective strategies to engage and inspire each student and their unique potential.What you'll get in returnYou will be on the MPS/UPS pay scale and have the opportunity to progress and learn within the school and wider trust. You will also have a dedicated Hays consultant to help you in the first steps, as well as Hays exclusive online training to help support you in your new journey.
