Creative & Active Support Roles in SEN and Primary SchoolsFull-Time Opportunities | Monday-Friday | 08:30-15:30

Are you a sports coach, drama/acting tutor, singing instructor, or someone with a creative and friendly personality looking for a rewarding career working with children?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a number of SEN and mainstream primary schools who are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. These are full-time, school-based roles where your creativity, energy and empathy can make a real difference.

About the Role:

  • Location: Various schools (mainstream and SEN)

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30

  • Type: Full-time, term-time only

  • Responsibilities: Supporting children with additional needs, either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the school environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals with a background or training in sports, performing arts, youth work, or creative subjects

  • Friendly, positive and patient personalities who are confident engaging with children of all abilities

  • Experience with SEN is highly beneficial, but not essential — with the right attitude, approach and qualifications, we can support you in gaining the experience you need
